Writing Apocalypse with D&D / RPG
BY POPULAR DEMAND (seriously… you all are really good at demanding) I am continuing this series! I am so excited.
The apocalypse is not just an ending. It is a writing portal.
After receiving some truly incredible feedback from the apocalyptic writing class I’ve been running, I’m opening up three new series for people who want to write, build worlds, play, imagine, strategize, and ask together:
What do we carry forward?
What do we refuse to rebuild?
Who do we become when the old systems fail?
How do we survive — not alone, but in community?
These classes are part speculative writing workshop, part RPG world-building lab, part collective rehearsal for the end of one world and the beginning of another.
We’ll use apocalypse not as doom, but as a portal: into character, story, survival, grief, humor, magic, ethics, violence, kinship, resource-sharing, and the strange futures we are already living inside.
